Cancellation terms for digital events No refunds will be issued for digital events. You may transfer your registration to another person in your company or organization at any time by notifying reg@thirddoormedia.atlassian.net. Reselling registrations is not permitted. Cancellation terms for in-person events You may cancel your attendance by notifying our registration department by phone at (877) 242-5242, or email reg@thirddoormedia.atlassian.net 60 days before the first day of any event. Your registration will be refunded less a $200 processing fee. There are no cancellations within 60 days of the first day of the event. No refunds will be issued for events that are canceled or postponed as a result of a riot, strike, civil disorder, act of war, act of God, or any other cause of any kind whatsoever not within the Producer’s reasonable control. Who can attend Third Door Media events are open to business professionals 18 years and over. Management may request a business card and photo ID prior to admission at our in-person events. Third Door Media reserves the right to deny entry to any person it deems unqualified to attend, including but not limited to sales staff from marketing technology vendors and service providers. Third Door Media, Inc. reserves the right to make any changes it deems necessary to this program. We will make commercially reasonable efforts to retain speakers and their presentation topics. However, unforeseen circumstances may result in the substitution of a presentation topic or speaker. Third Door Media, Inc. reserves the right to use photographs of any attendee in promotional materials. Third Door Media, Inc. assumes no liability for the acts of its suppliers nor for the safety of any participant while traveling to or from this event. The total liability during the hours of the meeting will be limited to a refund of the delegate fee. These Terms and Conditions apply to all Third Door Media events.
