Cancellation Policy, Terms & Permission to Email 
 You may cancel your attendance by notifying our registration department by phone at (203) 664-1350 or by fax at (203) 702-5389 or email registration[at]martechconf.com by March 1, 2020. Your registration will be refunded less a $100 processing fee. Cancellations after March 1, 2020 are non-refundable. You may transfer your registration to another person in your company or organization at any time by notifying registration[at]martechconf.com. Reselling registrations is not permitted. 
 
No refunds will be issued for events that are cancelled or postponed as a result of a riot, strike, civil disorder, act of war, act of God, or any other cause of any kind whatsoever not within the Producer’s reasonable control.

MarTech is open to business professionals 18 years and over only. Management may request a business card and photo ID prior to admission. Third Door Media, Inc. reserves the right to make any changes it deems necessary to this program. We will make commercially reasonable efforts to retain speakers and their presentation topics. However, unforeseen circumstances may result in the substitution of a presentation topic or speaker. 
 
Third Door Media reserves the right to deny entry to any person it deems unqualified to attend, including but not limited to sales staff from marketing technology vendors and service providers.

Third Door Media, Inc. reserves the right to use photographs of any MarTech attendee in promotional materials. Third Door Media, Inc. assumes no liability for the acts of its suppliers nor for the safety of any MarTech participant while traveling to or from this event. The total liability during the hours of the meeting will be limited to a refund of the delegate fee.
