These Terms and Conditions apply to all Third Door Media events.

Cancellation

In-person events: You may cancel your attendance by notifying our registration department by phone at (877) 884-6306, or email registration@thirddoormedia.com 60 days before the first day of any event. Your registration will be refunded less a $200 processing fee. There are no cancellations within 60 days of the first day of the event. You may transfer your registration to another person in your company or organization at any time by notifying registration@thirddoormedia.com. Reselling registrations is not permitted.

Online/virtual events: No refunds will be issued for online/virtual events. You may transfer your registration to another person in your company or organization at any time by notifying registration@thirddoormedia.com. Reselling registrations is not permitted. No refunds will be issued for events that are cancelled or postponed as a result of a riot, strike, civil disorder, act of war, act of God, or any other cause of any kind whatsoever not within the Producer’s reasonable control.

Who can attend

Third Door Media events are open to business professionals 18 years and over. Management may request a business card and photo ID prior to admission at our in-person events. Third Door Media reserves the right to deny entry to any person it deems unqualified to attend, including but not limited to sales staff from marketing technology vendors and service providers.

By registering, you agree to receive e-mail notifications about future Third Door Media events and other Third Door Media products and services. Just click the “unsubscribe” link in any e-mail to stop receiving notifications or mail us at Third Door Media, PO Box 3103, Edgartown, MA 02539. For more information, see Third Door Media’s Privacy Policy. Your e-mail address and contact information will be shared with exhibitors, sponsors and partners only if you give explicit permission to do so, which includes checking the “permission to share my information” box above or allowing your badge to be scanned at the conference. Use of your contact data by others is governed by the terms and conditions of their respective privacy policies.

Programming Changes and Other General Terms

Third Door Media, Inc. reserves the right to make any changes it deems necessary to this program. We will make commercially reasonable efforts to retain speakers and their presentation topics. However, unforeseen circumstances may result in the substitution of a presentation topic or speaker.

Third Door Media, Inc. reserves the right to use photographs of any attendee in promotional materials. Third Door Media, Inc. assumes no liability for the acts of its suppliers nor for the safety of any participant while traveling to or from this event. The total liability during the hours of the meeting will be limited to a refund of the delegate fee.
